Pretty simple, when you think about it. Jesus calls us to love Him. To trust Him completely, with everything we are, and everything we have. Heeding this call results in a life lived sacrificially, putting others before ourselves. At First Baptist Church of Holley our desire is to heed this call everyday. So, we invite you to come, hear the word of God and heed this call with us.
You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.

We are a small congregation located in the heart of the village of Holley. First Baptist Church was originally formed in November 1825. We have been a faithful witness to the truth of God's love for nearly 200 years.
We believe the Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. Therefore, the Bible is our only authority for faith and practice. See our Statement of Faith to get a more detailed understanding of our beliefs.
